2026 Weitzman Fine Arts MFA Exhibition
May 1-30, 2026
Opening reception: Friday, May 1, from 5 – 7 pm
Arthur Ross Gallery (in Fisher Fine Arts Library) + Gordon Gallery (in Stuart Weitzman Hall)

The 2026 Weitzman Fine Arts MFA Exhibition features the work of eight artists completing the University of Pennsylvania’s Fine Arts program, including Ana González, Cacie Rosario Jackson, Sol Kim, Dylan Li, Jingyi Ying, Noa Mori Machover, Shay Myerson, and Ambika Trasi. Working across sculpture, installation, moving image, and interdisciplinary practices, these artists engage urgent topics with sensitivity, experimentation, and formal command. The exhibition reflects the breadth and critical rigor of Weitzman’s MFA program, in which each artist develops an independent body of work grounded in sustained research, experimentation, and dialogue culminating in projects that are formally ambitious and intellectually engaged.

The annual Weitzman Fine Arts MFA Exhibition marks a key moment for emerging artists as they launch their professional careers. It also offers audiences an opportunity to encounter new work at the forefront of contemporary practice.

The 2026 Weitzman Fine Arts MFA Exhibition is curated by Emily Zimmerman, Director of Exhibitions at the Arthur Ross Gallery.
