This internship was an important first step for me as a student to explore my personal and professional goals. I was invited and encouraged to propose new ideas, as well as receiving the appropriate assistance and instructions, many of which were really useful and hands-on.Xiaoyang Hua, University of Pennsylvania, Class of 2024
