The Arthur Ross Gallery is located on the University of Pennsylvania campus in the Fisher Fine Arts Library building (the historic Frank Furness building). The entrance is accessible from College Hall Green, or directly from 34th Street. For specific directions and parking see the Penn Interactive Map or SEPTA Information.

The Arthur Ross Gallery has a fully wheelchair accessible entrance located on the south side of the Fisher Fine Arts Library, located 232 S. 34th Street, or coordinates 39.951158, -75.192543.
