We are so grateful to everyone that came out to the opening reception of Barbara Earl Thomas: The Illuminated Body on Friday, February 16th! It was so joyous to gather with all of you, we are so grateful for the support of our community. There were over 280 attendees over the course of the evening, one of the largest openings in the gallery’s history. The evening included a gorgeous performance by West Philadelphia trumpeter Koof Ibi, remarks by University of Pennsylvania Provost John L. Jackson, an introduction by Emily Zimmerman, Interim Director of Exhibitions and Programs at the Arthur Ross Gallery, and catering by Honeysuckle Provisions!
